Cancellation/Amendment Policy

In case of cancellation or amendment, the Guests shall be required to give a notice of at least 48 Hours prior to Check-In time on Arrival date. Failure to do so or in the event of a NO SHOW, at least ONE Night's Room charges shall be charged on the Customer's Credit Card. The Holland Inn Hotel does not offer early departure.

Smoking Policy

From 1st July 2007 all guest rooms and public areas at the Holland Inn Hotel are non-smoking.

Credit Card Charges

All bookings paid by credit card will incur a 3% charge.

Child Policy

-0-2 years: a cot will be provided free of charge
-3-12 years: extra bed will be provided, please contact us for details.

High Speed Wireless Internet

The Holland Inn hotel offers wireless Internet Access (Wifi) throughout the hotel (charges apply).

Congestion Charge Zone

The Holland Inn hotel is outside the Congestion Charge zone.
